I’m not receiving any of my Customers Email Replies

If you are experiencing issues with receiving customer email replies from single emails or email blasts done through AutoAlert tool, try checking some of the below items with the team that manages your network and PC Hardware.

Check your Spam folder and custom folders you have created rules for and make sure they are not being marked as spam or being moved to another folder via a rule that has been created (you IT Support Team should be able to assist with any custom rules setup in your email providers inbox.

While most major email providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, etc.) offer the ability to create rules for incoming emails, some less common email clients or services might have limited or no rule-making capabilities Please have your local IT Team assist before making any adjustments.

If you are still not seeing any customer replies after checking for email “Rules” and Spam folder please get with your IT team and have them whitelist autoalert domains and URL’s

Cannot Edit Templates or Odometer.

When attempting to create a new template or edit an existing template, and you find that nothing happens when you attempt to edit them try the below steps to troubleshoot. This can also affect the Mileage edit window within deal sheets.

Check your Add-ons or Plug-ins that are enabled on your browser.

  • One of the known Add-ons is Velocity Automotive.

To determine if the cause is Add-ons or Plug-ins:

  1. launch an Incognito window (Ctrl+Shift+N) This will open a window without enabling the Add-ons or Plug-ins.
  2. Once the new window opens, log into AutoAlert like you normally would.
  3. Navigate to the Template Editor and attempt to create or edit a template.
